Madison rose
I am the Head Trainer at Olive Acres Equestrian Center, with a background in hunter/jumper training and competition, as well as experience across western disciplines. Over the years, I’ve worked with horses at every stage—from breaking young horses, to restarting and reconditioning horses, to helping quirky or sensitive horses build confidence through thoughtful desensitization and correct fundamentals. I have qualified multiple individual horses for Young Horse Championships, with experience producing young horses, developing sale horses, and supporting riders at various levels of the sport. I am also a USEF Registered Jumper Judge, which allows me to bring a knowledgeable, well-rounded perspective to both training and competition preparation. Continuing education is a priority in my program. I actively pursue opportunities to further my knowledge of the sport and my own riding, and I regularly collaborate with and learn from other respected professionals. I believe staying curious, informed, and open-minded is essential to producing confident horses, capable riders, and lasting results. My approach is patient, horse-first, and rooted in understanding—focused on long-term soundness, mental relaxation, and correct development for both horse and rider.
