Our barn for rent features 10 large stalls,feed room,private tack room, wash stalls ,loft storage and 3 small paddocks, 2 medium paddocks, 2 large pastures with brand new fencing, irrigation and grass. This barn exists on a property with 3 other barns which can be occupied at times but is in other words "private". Our main goal is to provide low traffic, quiet training facility to reach all needs. Access to 150X250 GGT irrigated arena with show quality jumps, a jump field and trails for liesure riding. Located in a gated equestrian community for safety and security. This barn is suitable for sales and boarding to clients with opportunity for great income. Located just 10 minutes to WEC and 25 minutes to HITS. Currently no living accomodations but will be providing in the future. This is a no pet policy facility due to insurance purposes.
